MX-1502 Series Features
The MX-1502 series mobile terminal or handheld mobile computer reads codes from as near as 15–30 cm to as far as 10 meters away, making it ideal for scanning barcodes on floor labels, rack labels on high shelves, and slips hanging from warehouse ceilings. The MX-1502 is equipped with modular lighting and optics technology (including polarized LEDs and a high-powered lens with liquid lens technology) which provides optimal image formation of any code, even the most challenging direct part mark (DPM) codes.
Rugged
The rugged design of the MX-1502 makes any supported mobile device ready to meet the challenges of the most demanding environments. The industrial-grade housing can handle up to 50 drops from 2 meters onto concrete. It is IP65 sealed and uses inductive wireless charging so there are no exposed electrical contacts to wear out or fail.
Modular
The MX platform is also modular and future-proof, accepting a variety of iOS® smartphones. If your device needs to be repaired or upgraded, simply exchange the top cover kit to adapt the MX-1502 to any supported mobile device. The pistol grip accessory doubles the MX-1502 battery capacity that powers both the scan engine and the mobile device.

MX-1502 mobile terminals are equipped with barcode reading algorithms and technologies that read 1D and 2D label-based codes and challenging 2D DPM codes at near, far, and extended ranges. New MX-1502 DPM Lite (DL) mobile terminal delivers powerful barcode reading performance for tough DPM codes on flat, highly reflective surfaces. MX-1502 Ultraviolet (UV) mobile terminal uses a UV lighting module and lens filter to quickly decode invisible codes. The MX-1502 series leverages the latest communication technologies supported by your mobile device including 3G, 4G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and more.
